Appointment Booking (Mangomint)

We use a third-party service, Mangomint, to handle appointment scheduling. When you click to book an appointment, you are interacting with a widget/modal provided by Mangomint. The personal and health-related information you enter during the booking process is transmitted directly to and stored securely by Mangomint. Payment Plans (Cherry)

We offer payment plans through Cherry Technologies. If you choose to apply for financing, you will interact with a script or application form provided by Cherry. The financial and personal information you provide for this application (which may include income details or social security numbers for credit verification) is transmitted directly to Cherry for processing. We do not store your sensitive financial application data on our servers.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information.

Analytics & Advertising
